F&W TRANSFER STUDENT INFORMATION About half of our students transfer in from other colleges. Students planning to transfer to the department should focus on courses in introductory biology, general chemistry, mathematics, and the baccalaureate core requirements during their freshman and sophomore years. Transfer students should have regular contact with our head advisor to make sure they are taking the right courses for transferring into our program. Fisheries & Wildlife Head Advisor: Below are courses that may be offered at many community colleges and will likely transfer into our program.
