Biography

As well as working at Oregon State (1987-1996), she held faculty appointments at the University of Kentucky, as well as administrative appointments at the University of Massachusetts and with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency before returning to Oregon State in 2009. She has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Connecticut (1974 and 1976, respectively), and a Ph.D. from Louisiana State University (1979).
